Even if they do come up with B.S., which undoubtedly they have in abundance, this judge seems to be the type that will see right through it, and call them on it.

It's too bad that a judge questioning an attorney in court is the only venue where those making outrageous claims have to back them with examples.

The public debates over health care reform, global warming, immigration, the economy, and many other issues are filled with loud voices making ridiculous assertions. On those rare cases when they're asked to provide support, they often have none.
