White House says carpooling won't reduce traffic congestion. Their answer: build more roads and make people pay to use them... and then make them pay even more during rush hour.

How is it that the federal government is now using tax dollars for things it shouldn't have to provide like health care, and is imposing tolls on roads? Isn't infrastructure one of the things government SHOULD provide for, using tax dollars?
