From what I've read, there's definitely going to be a challenge on whether it is constitutional or not. I'm so glad there are strict constructionists on the court.
While all that goes on, I do like how a certain candidate is being exposed as a typical politician who will say whatever will get him elected instead of this savior / cult crap I've been seeing for almost a year now.I didn't exactly worship him, but I was saddened to see him vote for it.
