A 17-year old african-american pleads guilty to aggravated robbery for stealing $2. He is given 10 years probation. A few weeks later after failing a drug test for marijuana, Judge Keith Dean gives him life in prison, where he still is today.

Dean gave a murderer who was rich and Caucasian the same 10 year suspended sentence. When the white man tested positive for cocaine he wasn't given life in prison and was even exempted from further drug tests.
